Have you ever felt like you go through so much only to get somewhere, then out of nowhere you are starting over once again? I mean feeling like you’ve failed is the last thing you want, but really? It is seriously so hard to gain the confidence to move forward after such a struggle? I have learned that in order to succeed you must fail at least once, maybe even multiple times, to finally achieve something in life. Everyone can relate in that everyone has had bad times where nothing is going right and you really just do not understand how and why it happened. But this is my point in all this crazy rambling, no matter what the problem is in your life, you can ALWAYS move past it. Just remember: “If life isn’t good, then life isn’t over.”
Know the rules well, so you can break them effectively.”

This post, I would have to say, feels like my most accomplished of them yet. I don’t know if it is what I have written or what I have captured, but whatever it may be, I am absolutely loving it. Here’s hoping to more posts that keep myself and you all, of course, inspired.
Anyways, to simply mention my outfit, I love how this look is nearly transitioning into a new season for me, as I am wearing brighter colors, yet maintaining my edge. I wore this outfit out with my family today, but as soon as I put it together, I fell in love with the aesthetic and the comfort of it all. This sweater was picked out of my mom’s closet from nearly 25 years ago and every time I look at it I feel at peace. Recently I haven’t been going out nearly as much and have not been as busy so I decided that I wanted to invest in more lounge like pieces, as well as some athletic wear. With this in mind I went out and found these gorgeous joggers that I could wear around the house, as well as out to casual outings. Probably my favorite piece, thus far, of the new year. I have always loved me a good choker, but my last couple of fashion excursions I have started to fall in love with these chunky chokers. Someone will have to stop me soon, as I’ve most likely bought four in the last month or so. Although I have gone choker crazy, they all seem so different to me, I think I’ve at least bought one for each ensemble type: I have two for casual everyday outfits, one for dressy and simple outfits, and one for dressy and busy outfits. Like I said, CRAZY 🙂
Now that I have more time, I plan on doing so much more with my blog and cannot wait to add value to it all! So much will be coming up these next few months, so stay tuned!
